Will there be groups in BlackFlag DAO (or I guess guilds) or guilds, mini daos, subDAOs?
Like there were in the past? Or will there
be a different way forward?

Not sure what I would create. 
It’s a good observation and question. I commented in Codex post Community Review: Black Flag DAO Codex Version 1 - #5 by coffee-crusher, and I agree with @brianlinzy here, as a community member with governance rights (Flag Raiser and Flag Bearer) any community member can submit an idea for changes to the community. So, in other words, if you are passionate or feel strongly that we should create a guild or sub-dao, then the Codex provides a way to do this. The cool thing is that it’s our DAO, and as voting members we can build it into anything we want. That’s all the point of thriving and vibing together in our mission statement.
